Meeting with Tetra Pak

This morning, I had a meeting with Mrs. Ulla Holm, Global Director at Tetra Pak’s Food for Development Office. Mrs. Holm and Tetra Pak is involved in feeding programs with milk in close to 50 countries world wide, so she knows the game. I was there to try to convince Tetra Pak to support ANERA’s Milk for Preschoolers (MfP) program, where we distribute fortified milk and fortified biscuits to 20,000 children in Gaza.
It was a good meeting and Mrs. Holm was very supportive.

Later on, I bought a 2 GB RAM memory module to my new gorgeous iMac. In the shop, I managed to lay my hands on an iPhone for a minute. Now, that’s a phone I wouldn’t mind owning. We’ll see when it comes to Europe later this year (there might be some news about this already next week).

I also changed my camera housing for a new one at Scandinavian Photo and bought a new lens. Tonight, I am meeting with some old friend from University of Journalism – that is going to be great fun. A pity Femke isn’t here, I really miss her.

Tomorrow I am off to Turkey for a week of sailing. It is going to be hard work which will result in a travel story for a Swedish magazine.

Oh, and the photo above is from the vegetable market at Hötorget in Stockholm. They had beautiful lingonberries as well.
