Jerusalem is a city crammed with sights. Yesterday we tried to see a few of them. The supposed grave of Mary the virgin, the olive grove where Jesus was supposedly betrayed and Mount of Olives with a great view of the Old City - that was our morning program. In the afternoon we walked on top of the city walls - a great way to get a new perspective of the Old City. In the evening we had an excellent Italian dinner at cosy garden restaurant Borderline in East Jerusalem.
Today Femke is in Ramallah, visiting a womans group and a former Palestinian minister (they are not allowed to cooperate with the sitting ministers since they are members of the Hamas). I will try to post a few pictures on my web page as soon as possible.
