There is a music festival going on in eastern Jerusalem. The French are supporting it, and letting the musician play on a stage set up next to an ancient grave now under French control. It is a cool outdoor setup, in a huge square hole in the rock.
Our first concert featured Ladysmith Black Mambazo, a rather famous South African Acapella group. They only use their voices to create their music, stemming from traditional zulu songs but with a political message.
In the long run it became a bit repetitive, but it was still a nice evening out.
