Another visit to a friend, this time to Mirthe in Harleem. Harleem was windy and sunny, and quite cute. We did some more shopping and eating. It is a pity this, that you have to spend so much time shopping on your holiday, but I suppose it comes with living in the Middle East – there are almost no shops that carry clothes, shoes etc of the quality and design that we like.

 

In the evening, we met my mother at the airport in Amsterdam, She flew down for two days to visit us. Great! We had a drink at her hotel, then enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Waag in central Amsterdam.
