Today, I rented a car and drove to Netanya together with Connie, Carolin and Carolin’s brother. While they were enjoying the tepid water of the Mediterranean, I was paragliding above (well, I did go for a swim as well).
In my opinion, the flying at Netanya is not as good as at Arsuf. But it is more accessible, and more important; the start- and landing field is covered by grass instead of dusty sand that ruins the glider.
I enjoyed myself and staid up for well over two hours before the wind started to settle and I decided to land, just in time before it died out almost completely.
